- Is the software encoded?
- The software is encoded using ioncube, and your server must be capable of running ioncube-encoded scripts to use Proxy Block Script.
- Will the software ever expire?
- Proxy Block Script is presently being offered under a perpetual license which will not expire. Support for the first year of use is provided at no additional cost, however the software will continue to function even after support has expired.
- Does your software "call home"?
- Our software does not "call home" (send requests to our server). License validation is all done locally on your site.
- Do I need any special settings or software to run Proxy Block Script
- Your server needs to be able to make outbound connections using either curl, fsockopen or fopen in PHP. Please verify with your host if one of these functions is available to make outbound connections. A MySQL database is required (you may use an existing database if desired) to use the caching and logging features.
